Clean water shortage is a daily worry of ethnic minorities in Kon Tum province.
Current open-water sources, like rivers and streams, are highly susceptible to agricultural runoffs containing fertilizers and chemicals.
For a long time, people had to save every drop of water for cooking, sometimes the family had to buy bottled water to drink. The bathing and washing all have to go to the stream to get water to use
